You'll be mere steps from the golden sandy beach, and you'll enjoy fantastic access to two community swimming pools, two hot tubs, a gym, and outdoor tennis courts.

This condo is located in a gated, Gulf-front community that offers direct access to South Padre Island's famous beach. Other on-site amenities include a sunbathing deck, an exterior terrace, a children's playground, outdoor grills, walking trails, and gated beach areas. Spend a morning at Sea Turtle Inc. just up the road, leaving plenty of time to explore the island's many souvenir shops, boutiques, restaurants, clubs, and bars.

Please note that this retreat is on the third floor and there is no elevator for it.
