As soon as you step foot inside, you will be spoiled by the bright interior, beachy vibes, and spacious layout that will easily facilitate endless mingling and entertainment. 2024 updates to the interior include a new couch, recliners, and wall decor. There will be no need to sacrifice any comforts of home on this trip, with a lovely living area complete with plush furnishings and a flatscreen TV. The full kitchen is spacious and has lots of tools to help you cook up your vacation treats. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone has what they need for the trip, whether you're headed out to the beach or out to see everything Rockport has to offer.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Beach towels are available for each guest.
Snowbird-Friendly.
There is a BBQ pit for guest use.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
