The kitchen bar seats three for morning coffee.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
There is a queen-size sofa bed in the living area and a twin-sized pull-out chair in the main bedroom suite.
