Additional beaches can be found all around the area, and guests can also hike and fish at Galveston Island State Park, less than seven miles away. Less than a half-mile from your door, check out the West End Marina and Restaurants, a public boat launch and bait shop that also features a market, bar, and game room. And if you want to venture out a bit farther, Moody Gardens and all its wonderful attractions can be found 16 miles northeast.
