• The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

? This unit is on the 2nd floors of the building with no elevator.

? We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we'll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
? Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
? State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
? City residents are required to book a minimum of a 3-night stay.
? Attention:
Your unit number is 1523B. The main door to your unit is located within the courtyard, so you'll need to enter the courtyard first before reaching your unit. The courtyard has two gate entrances:
First Gate: Located between 1525 and 1527 Carondelet St. Use the gate code provided to open this courtyard entrance.
Second Gate: Located at 1719 Terpsichore St. Use the same gate code for access.
Once inside the courtyard, follow the directions to your unit's main door.
