The condo has an open floor plan with a central living room and a fully equipped kitchen with 3 separate bedrooms with one queen size bed off the common space. The walls are all insulated without any noise from the expressway! The floors are all laminate wood. There is one bathroom with a standup shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. We supply basic housewares, towels, shampoo, and soap for your convenience. Free basic WiFi and Amazon fire stick as the only TV option.

Dean's home is a beautiful New construction in the Museum district and surprisingly quiet in the heart of Downtown New Orleans. Central to Conventions, only a 15 min walk to Morial Convention or Hyatt Convention centers. The Tise Plaza Building is on Mardi Gras Route!

• Pest Control - The home is regularly pest controlled. However, it is PEST CONTROL, not PEST ELIMINATION, and occasionally a pest may enter your home. Please do not be alarmed, call the Host and this will be dealt with efficiently and expediently. We will promptly treat any serious pest issues, but seeing an occasional pest is not grounds for departure or a refund.
• Attention: Please be aware Tise Plaza Building is located right next to the I-10 expressway! The owner lives with his family in the building.
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.

Take the streetcar from the Lee Circle stop to the French Quarter, Uptown, and Garden District or get on the Hop On Hop Off bus and go explore the City. The stops are only 1 block from the Tise Plaza Building!
