You deserve a beach vacation, and this beautifully updated, second-floor studio condo fits the bill perfectly. First stop – your balcony with a lovely view of Carillon Lake. Grab a frosty beverage out of the fridge in your large kitchenette and toast your good luck at booking the perfect escape. When you’re settled in, slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs to the shared pool and hot tub. If you can’t wait for the sand, you're just 400 steps away thanks to private resort walkover #7.
When you return in the evening, relax in the central AC while you prepare dinner – there’s a two-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. Rather eat out? No problem – tons of restaurants are a short drive away. At the end of the night, get comfy on the sofa and watch a little TV before bed, but don’t stay up too late – sunrise is gorgeous on that beach.
THINGS TO KNOW
Two complimentary beach chairs are available March 1st through October 31st
Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The sofa sleeper is best for children.
The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
Community self pay washer & dryer located on floor 4.
Guests are required to fill out the Amenity fee form, which will be emailed to as an invitation to join the portal. There is a cost of $35 + tax for the Amenity Fee. Once guests fill out the registration form, pay the fee & watch a short video, a QR code will be sent which can be scanned at the gate, allowing guest access. This QR code will also allow access to the amenities throughout the neighborhood!
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
