Great location overall. Unit was clean and stocked well. The garage was a huge plus with the ping pong table. Kids could easily walk to the pool. Couldn't ask for a better property.

Great amenities for everyone! They have a ping pong table and a giant connect four to occupy the kids while they have a great view for the adults to relax and unwind. The renovations especially the kitchen is beautiful and very well done. It is just a few miles away from your nearest grocery store and restaurants. As well as being able to wake up and see all the dolphins. We definitely will be staying here again!!

The townhouse is beautiful! Decorated nicely, well-stocked kitchen, clean, and as described. The owners did a great job remodeling it. Loved being right on the beach! Easy access via boardwalk over dunes and shower right there when you come in is perfect. The garage entry was great for shoes and such. Everything you need is just a few miles away over the bridge, but it's a quiet area without all the typical tourist stuff, which was perfect for us! Our family had a wonderful time! Thank you Mermaid Mansions for your attention and care of your beautiful beach home. Can't wait to come back :)

We loved the close beach access. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room layout was great for our group. It is a great location on the island, easy access to what you need. The beds were comfortable, and the walk in shower awesome after a day in the ocean. The beach itself is so lovely!! The management company was very helpful answering questions. We brought a fan which came in handy for eating outside of the breeze had died down. The basement worked great for storing the beach equipment at the end of each day. We had a group of 8 and we were all very comfortable.

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and we loved it!! Love being right on the beach and having the garage to store our chairs and toys in.

We are finishing up a week at this wonderful townhome. It has been perfect! The beach is easily accessible from the back door. The garage storage is ideal for leaving beach toys or bicycles. The beach is clean with clear waters and tons of seashells. We watched dolphins playing several mornings. It has been a relaxing week. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We welcome you to Sugar Beach A-2 to make memories and enjoy the change of pace that only beach living provides. It is vacation at it's best! This 3 bedroom/3 bath 2050 Sq. Ft. gulf front townhome offers you everything you need for your leisurely beach getaway. Complex offers a beautiful partially shaded pool area for your comfort if you get too much sun or you are tired of salt water. A large open floor plan in the living/dining/kitchen area allows everyone to see the incredible ocean view while lounging or cooking. Kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Or you may enjoy eating or drinking your morning coffee on the outside balcony while listening to the waves roll and smell that ocean air.
Master bedroom with a king bed also affords that panoramic ocean view with its own private balcony. Master has its own private bath with double sinks, and shower.
