This spacious 11th-floor vacation rental is beautifully decorated and includes a private balcony with access from the living area and main bedroom. The private balcony features stunning views of our beautiful sugar sand beach and world famous sunsets. 1108 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 1 queen bed in the bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided though we do suggest bringing beach towels. Maximum occupancy: 4. 14 night minimum. No Smoking. No pets. HOA requires a $60. parking fee per car. $60 parking fee per car is payable on arrival to HOA on site. Ocean Sands Resort amenities include Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, interior elevator system with 2 cars, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower.
