PLEASE NOTE: There are construction crews on site doing maintenance on the building walkways and balconies. There will be construction noise and dust in the breezeways from 3/31/25-9/27/25.
The walkways on floors 4 and 5 are closed from 8/11/25-8/17/25. The south balcony will be closed 5/14/25-6/13/25 and the north balcony will be closed 6/12/25-7/13/25. Balcony furniture may be stored inside the unit while construction is happening. Schedule is subject to change; for the most updated information, please call our local front desk. We are open seven days a week from 9-5 CT.
