This was our first time in Destin, and I didn't know what else to put for a headline other than, THE BEST! This has now become our favorite vacation spot, by far. Having stayed in multiple rental properties throughout the country previously, there isn't even a close second to the quality of home and service. With Destin Beach 'VIP', the 'VIP' is an understatement. Mary and Greg were amazing, the open communication we have never experienced before. The Family Matters property was perfect for our family, and we could bring our fur baby to enjoy too! The house was immaculate when we arrived! The kitchen was gorgeous. The Master Suite, especially the Master Bath was stunning. The private pool with the outdoor kitchen and eating area was perfect. The area is within minutes to everything you could need or want. The beach is very easy to get to. The addition of the golf cart just added to the experience! Everything was perfect and we cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful! This is our new go-to beach rental in Destin. I can not wait to go back. My husband and I are already booking again in the winter for a little getaway. I have a special workout routine and the amenities had everything I needed and more. The grandkids had a wonderful time and won't stop talking about how much fun we had.

Just settling back into reality here in Georgia, still dreaming about how fantastic our family vacation was this year. Two weeks of heaven! The white sand on the Destin beaches are truly something you have to see to believe. Some of the family pictures we took make it look like we are standing in snow. My friends could not believe the gorgeous shots we got. Oh and I almost forgot, the beach was a perfect backdrop to my little sister's engagement! I was so thankful to have made the best memories at such a beautiful destination. Every aspect of the property was so well thought out and great for entertaining and having family time. Great space for me and my sister's children to have our own place and a very well maintained pool for everyone to enjoy. I mean it really lived up to the name! The open floor plan allows for a great view of the living area's flat-screen TV along with the fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry, and lovely waterfall countertops. Family Matters has 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & 2 half bathrooms.

The sleeping arrangements ensure privacy for each guest. Every bedroom has its own attached bathroom.
Primary bedroom: includes a king bed, a futon, and a walk-in closet with a crib for guests traveling with little ones. The primary bedroom also has a private ensuite full bathroom.
Second bedroom: has a king bed and an attached private full bathroom.
Third bedroom: includes 2 twin bunk beds and a queen bed. This bedroom also has an attached private bathroom for great convenience and privacy.
Outside: Stepping through the sliding glass doors leads you to an outdoor oasis, where the private pool is a standout feature of this beach house, offering a secluded space for guests to cool off and unwind. The upscale gated community provides a secure and peaceful environment for guests to enjoy their vacation.
The outdoor area includes a poolside half bathroom, 2 outdoor showers, a generously sized gas grill cooking area, dining seating, lounge seating & a spacious patio with plenty of room to entertain and enjoy all day long.
