We had a great stay! The condo was so nice and clean! We had a beautiful view and it was such a short walk down to the beach! The beach was stunning! Daryl reached out multiple times to check if we needed anything! Will be back next time in Destin!

The furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and the bed was dreamy after a day in the sun. Daryl and Kristi were amazing hosts and show amazing pride in their home. Couldn’t have asked for better communication 5 stars!!!! Everything was right there for our family to enjoy super clean everything brand new. loved all the board games and all the beach items. very spacious unit with a breath taking view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Great first impression upon entering and never encountered anything that changed our mind throughout our stay. Nice side view of the beach/ocean. The unit is clean, fresh, with beautiful finishes. The hosts provide absolutely EVERYTHING you need for an amazing week at the beach! My daughter enjoyed all three pools, 1 indoor, 2 outdoor. We would stay here again, no question!

The accommodations were exactly as subscribed. Easy access. The view from the balcony was perfect. Very safe accommodations and area. Would definitely book from them again.

The condo was great. Beds were comfy. For the most part super clean. Only complaint is that to able to access the beach and enjoy it you would have to reserve and pay for a spot. If you don’t you’re sitting almost to the stairs to get back to the hotel. So if you have kids it’s super hard to see them from there when they are playing in the ocean.

The space
When walking into the condo you’ll immediately be taken away by the blue green waters of the ocean view. The home offers modern amenities and furnishings as well as high speed internet.
The home sleeps 6. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin xl beds that can be made into a king-sized bed upon request, also with its own ensuite bathroom. The living area has comfortable seating in addition to a queen-sized sofa bed. There is plenty of space to enjoy a movie or game night. The living area and primary bedroom have floor to ceiling patio windows which open to the large private balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make homecooked meals. Enjoy family meals in the adjacent dining area. A washer and dryer are also available for use during your stay in addition to fun beach toys and chairs.
Guest access
The home is located within a gated resort with free garage parking & 24-hr security. Resort amenities include 3 pools: 1 gulf front, 1 lake front, 1 indoor/outdoor, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, gas grills, fitness facility, Tiki-bar, game room & cafe. You’ll also be near other fun Destin activities such as Big Kahuna’s Water Park (within walking distance), The Track and many family friendly and fine dining restaurants. You’re also a short drive away from Hendersen Beach State Park and the excitement of Harborview Village.
