*Pool heat costs $32 per day (plus tax). Three days minimum must be booked. This must be requested 72 hours in advance, since it can take up to 72 hours to fully heat. Pool heat is only available October 1st through May 1st

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
