• Bikes Provided: This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes, a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes


• Exterior Security Cameras: Active cameras located on the front porch, back patio, and facing the pool equipment


• Pet Policy: Non-shedding, housebroken dogs welcome. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be kept in a crate when unattended. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 + tax applies


• Construction: There is ongoing construction taking place next door. We do not have a completion date at this time.
