I highly recommend this vacation rental home. This is a wonderful beach house - beautiful rooms, good amenities, great fixtures, and in a very nice neighborhood with walking distance access to shops, restaurants, the beach and neighborhood pools. Please note the stairs to the upper bedroom are quite steep, but we managed fine once we got used to them.

We had 9 people in total staying in the house. The house was great for our group, the kitchen was clean and spacious. Lots of room in the back patio to congregate and the house is within walking distance to multiple pools and the beach.

This was the most relaxing week we've spent away in a very long time. The home is absolutely beautiful. Secluded from the main streets (30A ) but only a minute bike ride away from Barrett Square and the beach entrance. Beds and linens were superb. Very clean. Just as advertised. Extremely prompt response from manager. Little construction behind the home but nothing that bothered our stay. The beach was stunning. Cooler weather just meant a sweater was needed. We were able to do enjoy a dolphin tour and saw several while out. Will definitely stay again on our return trip to beautiful Rosemary Beach!

We absolutely loved staying in this home! It was super clean and the linens were top notch. It felt like home! I will say that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, so it would be harder for elderly people to be guests. Additionally, the loft stairs would be tricky for younger children. Such a fun space though! We will be back!

We always enjoy our time in RMB, and this experience was no different. 21 Hamilton Lane was perfectly located, perfectly appointed, and perfectly sized for our family (2 parents, 3 kids, and 2 grandparents.) It was nice and quiet, yet close to the action. We did run out of propane on day 2 but they were there within an hour to replace it. Ultimately we could not have asked for a better week.

My wife and I have traveled a lot throughout our lives, and I have to say that this was one of the most amazing vacations that we have ever taken. Got to share such an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience with our children and our grandchildren in Seacrest Beach. Steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach and a beautiful home to stay in….what more could we ask for. The people at 30A Escapes were so helpful from the moment we booked this vacation several months ago and continued to be through the time that we left. Definitely going to be back!
