Description
The main floor has the great room with a large HDTV over the fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with great beach views for the cooks, and a dining table with benches and chairs plus stools at the kitchen island to seat the entire family. You'll also find outdoor dining and seating on the porch. This floor has a king bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with a pair of queens and a bath that also opens to the hall, and the laundry.
The top floor has a beachfront king master with a private porch, a bath with separate shower and tub, and a sitting room that has a twin daybed and trundle in case you need it for your kids or grandkids. You have two more king bedrooms, plus a bunk room that sleeps 4 and is sure to be the place the cousins want to stay.
Below the house you'll find the splash pool sheltered under the house and surrounded by vines and flowers. It is a wonderful break from the sun when it is really hot in summer, but in cooler months is heated and sheltered from the wind-your own little oasis. You'll also find a hot and cold water shower and changing room under the house, a grill, sand chairs, and a dune walkover.
