Beautiful Lagoon front house with quick access to the beach. Stay in this property and wake up to great views of the Little Lagoon. This property has 4 spacious bedrooms with additional built-in bunk beds to accommodate the whole family! Located on the bottom floor this property has an oversized private balcony with plenty of seating for relaxing while you take in the scenery. There is also plenty of seating inside where you can still enjoy the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and primary suite. Steps from the balcony you can enjoy grilling a perfect seafood feast or fish from the front yard! All around this property is the perfect location for your next getaway.
Enjoy the shared pier for swimming, fishing, and sunbathing. Note this pier is shared with the other level of the duplex as well as the duplex to the east of this home. This is NOT a private pier.
