Amazing location for your next vacation. Sanibel can comfortably sleep 12 people so bring the entire family! This beach condo has 2600 square feet of space spread out between 4 bedrooms and a bonus room on a single floor.

The main living space on the first floor is made up of large open floor plan and includes the living area, dining area for 6, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and bar stools. This unit is tastefully furnished, you will be able to spend family time as a group around a 65' flat-screen TV in the living area or create your favorite meals as a family in the kitchen.

The living area has an extremely comfortable sectional and farmhouse coffee table which makes watching your favorite show truly relaxing.

The entire area is framed by floor to ceiling windows showing off the spectacular beaches Gulf Shores offers on two separate patio areas with gulf views.

Finally, there's a 1/2 bath, wet bar and laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

We are situated directly across the street from the beach and right on the lagoon trail system.

Catch a sunrise from the gulf side decks and a sunset on the lagoon trail.
