We purchased Beach Retreat 301 in 2008.  After our complete remodel we were leary of renting it out but thanks to many wonderful and respectful renters we now thoroughly enjoy sharing it with others!  We never get tired of hearing how many people say it is the nicest Destin rental they have experienced and plan on returning.
