Meet & Contact Jenna Schier

Hi, we are Chris and Jenna. We live north of Atlanta. We happened upon Cape San Blas while exploring and driving the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. We fell in love with the area in 2018 and knew this was the area we wanted to come back to over and over again. We love the uniqueness, beauty and pace of life at the Cape. We have two young boys and try to visit as often as possible.

A Tier Above is our 1st vacation rental and we are so excited to share it with you. We have put so much love in this home and designed it with you, the vacationer, in mind. Hope that you enjoy it as much as we do. We envisioned creating a space for family and friends to come together all under the same roof while affording lots of living spaces indoor and outdoor to have room to relax, breathe, and enjoy every moment of your time at Cape San Blas.

We named the house A Tier Above because it is literally a tier above in stature and experience. Come discover the difference!
